If you're not the administrator of this system, you should ask on the  
mailinglist for support. Since this question is about e-mail, the IMP  
mailinglist is the proper one

Looks like Horde 3-ish. But you really should ask HostandStore.com for  
a definitive answer, since the version number is only available for  
regular users since Horde 5.
