     Fix _listEvents() for recurrence without fixed end date.

     If we have a recurrence without a fixed end date,
     we have to calculate the next recurrence to see
     if it's outside the requested start <-> end time period.

     Ported and adapted the fix from the Kolab driver.

     Bug 12160
