User has selected option to move to Trash when deleted.  Quota is 100%  
full.  The mail does not get moved to Trash Folder.  User has to  
change the setting 'not to move to trash' and use purge deleted.

I am not sure, if this is already resolved in GIT which is due for IMP 6.1.5
