Wrong error log. Previous errors was from trying to access  
autoconfigure with browser.

With Outlook 2013 the correct error line is:
PHP ERROR: Undefined index: Cmd [pid 23539 on line 134 of  
"/var/www/horde/framework/Rpc/lib/Horde/Rpc/ActiveSync.php"]
