FYI, I have added code to Horde_ActiveSync to attempt to work around  
this bug. It relies on sniffing out the client in use and adjusting  
the birthday accordingly. So, if it is still not working for anyone,  
please provide the device information (from the activesync properties  
screen) and the log showing the contact being synched.
