My git box still uses sqlite 3.6.22.

I've debugged the statement manually:

"share_id" INTEGER
    ...>           PRIMARY KEY AUTOINCREMENT NOT NULL(I, I)


I'm still wondering where that strange "NULL(I, I)" is coming from,
the whole SQL statement works fine if I remove the "(I, I)" part.
