pear.horde.org Horde_ActiveSync  2.12.4 (stable) 2.13.0 (stable) 220kB
pear.horde.org Horde_Imap_Client 2.18.6 (stable) 2.19.0 (stable) 192kB
pear.horde.org Horde_Mime        2.2.9 (stable)  2.3.0 (stable)  92kB

Only a first short ActiveSync debug session do not show a error.
Android 4.1.2

Downgrade via pear to the old versions work for me:
pear install -f horde/Horde_ActiveSync-2.12.4  
horde/Horde_Imap_Client-2.18.6 horde/Horde_Mime-2.2.9
