I see the same behavior here, but with a different mailbox. My guess  
is that you have a fair number of message in you Inbox, since here the  
mailbox that loses synchronization is the one with the most messages  
in it (over 500 messages).

It may or may not have something to do with this, but synchronization  
of the calendar also failed when resynchronizing the device.  
Downgrading to Horde_ActiveSync-2.12.4 resolved both the mailbox and  
calendar synchronization issues.
