I can confirm that ActiveSync-2.13.1 and ActiveSync-2.13.2 do break  
sync on Android MOTO1080X.  Still works on Nexus 7 gen. 2.  Downgrade  
to ActiveSync-2.12.4 and all is working again on MOTO1080X.
