I've made another Test with Thunderbird - Lightning > Horde.

If i create an Event in Lightning i've got an Error in Lightning:
MODIFICATION_FAILED
Server Replied with 500

Also i've attached the Horde Debug Log-file.
interestingly: After re-sync in Lightning the Event is there and also  
in Kronolith.
