     Revert "Default to EAS 14.1"

     This reverts commit 91b38c1af3389e897a5ff6d836cf925a8fd1b059.

     Figures. Adding a default that was supposed to make testing easier
     broke functionality because no unit test was covering the functionality.

     Possible fix for Bug: 13052
