I tried setting up events in various timezones and notice that  
whatever timezone I configure for an event, it is sent to the client  
with what is logged on the client as timezone 'Africa/Ceuta'. Could  
this be due to an uncaught exception, leading to Horde not setting any  
timezone at all and the client then defaulting to 'Africa/Ceuta'?
