In short... when changing the mailbox status, whether through a change  
action triggered from the server or manually toggling the mailbox, we  
can't delete/re-add the mailbox element anymore because of various  
race conditions that are partly because of the (now correct) way the  
server is tracking changes and because of the fix to #13170.
