OK, I just did and now Horde ignores the bad entry but ends up  
throwing the error described in #13338

I did some more testing and as soon as push is enabled, even if the  
only thing that is allowed to sync is email, I get these ghost folders  
from a previous sync which appear on the device. Some I can delete,  
which throws a new error #13358 and some I can't because of the policy  
you've described in #13357.

Since the device doesn't care about having a bad synckey, the only way  
I found to get around #13338 was to recreate the account, which in  
this case doesn't work, so I don't think I'll be able to get out of  
this one without wiping the device O_o
