The parser fails at the switch to code page 0xFE, which is not  
documented in MS-ASWBXML (Exchange ActiveSync: WAP Binary XML (WBXML)  
Algorithm) and even wireshark can't decode this part. The only  
reference I found is the following page, but it seems the links to the  
documentation are dead:
