not sure if this is a BUG of Horde..

Issue: In OL2013 I can't enable the "out of office message" for my  
ActiveSync account.

The option/button in the "Start" menu is not appearing, so I can't set  
the "out of office".
Is this a known BUG of OL2013 or maybe a configuration issue in Horde?
