The access to folders seems to work fine, but the error is also shown  
when editing configuration options in horde

If I change the Session Handler to the "default PHP Session Handler"  
the error goes away, we are SQL Session Handler since we have two  
diferent servers responding to de same domain and until now all seems  
to work fine
