- A folder named "Junk" exists on my IMAP server
- The backends.local.php has configured special MBoxes.
IMP_Mailbox::MBOX_SPAM => 'Junk',
- Within the prefs the Junk folder is configured, too.
$_prefs['spam_folder']['value'] = 'Junk';
