Possible? Sure, but why? OL2013 isn't "stupid" (at least in this  
regard). It's just maintaining a lot of folders. This would also  
happen, e.g., if you enabled the same amount of folders to be pushed  
on any other client. Having a config switch gives the admin more  
control of preventing performance issues server-wide.
