When IMP displays new mail messages in the Chrome browser's tray  
notification window, the tray window stays open (at least in Ubuntu).  
A timeout should be added that hides the window after a while so the  
user doesn't have to click it.

Also, the notification should not be displayed when an email message  
is moved to another folder.
