Looking at your log again, this is exactly what is happening. The  
first log entry above occurs when first checking horde's driver for  
changes - immediately after that should be a log entry showing the  
results of the IMAP status command, which is missing in your log.  
That's what is causing the error. You just need to get the IMAP server  
log to find out the actual error being returned.
