Similar problem using Internet Explorer 11. No error is depicted but  
you can`t upload again the file that you just deleted from attached  
files

Steps to reproduce in IE11
1) Upload attachment
2) Delete attachment
3) Try to attach the same file from step 1. Nothing happens
