After saving a note containing diacritical marks as PDF, the resulting  
document contains jibberish.

Example: Schüler instead of Schüler

It might have to do something with using WinAnsiEncoding in  
Horde_Pdf_Writer without recoding the input text first and therefore  
might be related to an old Ticket #6352 for Horde 4.
