I accedently logged-in with my username in uppercase.
This was accepted but it generated a lot of errors.
I seems that horde wants to create new items for my user.

After logout and login with lowercase username, one of the things I
saw that I had a new shared calender and shared addressbook with the
owner in uppercase name. I am not allowed to edit them.

Setup:
- Ubuntu 14.04 64-bits
- Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.6 (installed via pear)
- openLDAP user backend.
- MySQL database.
