We did the previous test after applying the patch over Kronolith
4.3.0-git master of 2015-may date. This was the version we had in our
test environment.

We have replaced the previus version of Kronolith with Kronolith
4.3.0-git master of date 2015-sep-29 and then repeated the test.

As in your test, removed atendee gets a cancel iTip, and this is OK,
but when he accepts it to remove the entry in their calendar, he gets
a an error saying "There was an error deleting the event: Permission
Denied"

I have attached the the screen capture with the error message.

Moreover, when an attendee who is not the organizer and has been not
removed receives the iTip, the removed user does not appear in it, and
this is OK, but when the user accepts the update, the removed user
still apears in their calendar entry.
