I have repeated the tests with Kronolith 4.3.0 git master of 20-oct-2015 date.

Now, when a removed atendee gets a cancel iTipand and he accepts it to  
remove the entry in their calendar, the entry is deleted. So, the  
first problem has been resolved.

But, the second problem persists: when an attendee who is not the  
organizer and has not been removed receives the iTip, the removed user  
does not appear in it, and this is OK, but when the user accepts the  
update, the removed user still apears in their calendar entry.
