Kontext:
I am using Kronolith (on horde v5.2.8) via my webhosting provider.
I subscribed my default calendar from Kronolith via CalDAV on
Thunderbird 38 / Lightning 4.x.

Problem:
Just had a big hastle with too many/unnecessary email notifications.

How came:
a) I accepted an event invitation from a colleague (who using some
other calendar software) via email (using the controls on top of the
TB email window),
b) then TB adds the ics info to my subscribed calendar and
consequently to the Kronolith online calendar.
c) Then my address is added to the list of attendees which coins an
event change to be notified to all other attendees including myself.
d) Kronolith then seems to interpret the TB interaction so as to take
over the control among the event, which leads to me being the new
organizer of the event. This is actually more like a bug. (Don't know
whether it's a lightning issue or an issue in the interaction between
lightning/TB and horde/kronolith or something else).
e) The next effect is that all the attendees get a emails with event
invitations although its only an update. However, in my case, the
attendees were not interested to get updates.

My request:
For Step c) Kronolith should at least allow to turn off such auto
notifications (as it can be done in the event settings of TB) at
different levels: Kronolith, calendar, event. I couldn't find such an
option in the application, also not in the "notification settings".

Thanks for helping.
Mario
