Sorry, I have checked the ticket 3965, but I haven't detected the  
solution. I have looked that people have found the same issue, but no  
technician have give the solution.
Maybe, I could be wrong but I haven't found it is a properly  
functioning of this application.
Please, could you lead us in how we can to proceed?
