The copy/paste buttons become unavailable after cutting text in many  
or most modern browsers. Easy to work around, but obviously not ideal.

The other ticket leads me to believe that the CKEditor package needs  
to be updated to the latest, and if this is going to happen then I  
would expect that that would likely fix this issue as well. Is this  
likely to happen in the 6.2 series, or with a future major release?
