Nothing, really. It's the client's responsibility to initiate the  
SENDMAIL command.  If you don't see that command being issued, then  
it's not Horde that's causing the problem. I would try to recreate the  
account on the client and see if that resolves the issue.  You could  
also look at the sync log of the blackberry device to see what that  
says.
