Sometimes calendar events are added through an external application  
which is syncing via CalDav. In theses cases it's useful to have a  
refresh button in order to avoid clicking to another application to  
com back to kronolith to force reloading the calendar entires. Just a  
simple reload or refresh button to reload events from DB.
