Did you tried it with a non-admin user? (It works fine with an admin user.)

I deleted now my brower cache and the Horde static files and the  
cache. But I also have this issue.
See the attachted screenshot. The sharing options seems to be resetted  
after reopening. Additional I see no groups.

Can this be a permission issue?
