Good call Samuel.

I thought it had updated, however, it seems a file not found error was  
returned when downloading Activesync update when I used the command:

pear upgrade -Z -a -B -c horde

However, removing the -Z achieved the needed result.

The -Z was there because I was getting an error about being able to  
find the 'package' file.

It seems to be behaving appropriately at this point.
