yes, an obvious question, but nothing changed.

I just found out that on laptop 1 with Windows 10 and Chrome 53 the  
attachment upload works.
Using the same user but on laptop 2 with Ubuntu 16.04 and Firefox 49  
the uploads hang.

On laptop 2 I logged out and logged in various times but always the  
upload hangs.

Can the upload issue be session-related ?
