Currently, a fax number will be rendered using Horde_Form_Type_Phone,  
which will hook up to the telephony/dial API and display a dialling  
link. This will not be desirable in most cases.
To prevent this there should be a dedicated Horde_Form_Type_Fax for a  
fax number or any other non-diallable numbers.
