Subclassing Horde_ Form_Type_phone sounds like less work. Plus one  
could provide different icons for phone / fax / mobilephone fields,  
which would lift usability up one notch.

Currently all icons are cellphones. Application "Astra" contains a  
nice icon for a fixed-line phone that could be used for the purpose.
