When creating a new event and try to add attendees there is no button  
Address Book as described in the documentation. When I begin to type a  
name, a drop down menu appears but I'm not able to select an item from  
that list. I'm using Firefox, but it's the same issue with Chrome and  
Opera. Interface language is german.
