In "config/registry.php" I added new menu-items. They have set  
'target' => '_blank'.
Everything works fine since the automatic javascript-reload of  
imp/portal-view happens.

At this point, the "taget"-setting disapears (js/topbar.js?) and the  
menu-item is loaded
in the main-horde page.
