When filtering by a custom header, it is not required to set the key.  
This causes the sieve rule to look like this:

[...] if Keine E-Mail-Köpfe angegeben { [...]

This can't be processed by the LTMP server then and even inhibits  
other filters in some systems. Making the key field required should  
solve this issue.
