This bug still exists.
It only happens if the filter returns > 5000 entries in the list.

Example: I go to clean out messages from denyhosts.
I search for deny in the filter search.
It shows I have 6864 messages found.
I mark and delete 300 at a time because if I try display > 300
messages it gives me the same error so this is my workaround.
After deleting the first 300, when attempting to delete the next 300 I
get this error and have to log out and back in to delete the next 300.
Once I get the filter displaying < 5000 results, I can just delete 300
and get the next 300 and keep going without having to log out.

This is still a bug.
Hope this helps someone who is having similar problems.
Selwyn
