WebMail, a considerable number of folders will accumulate over time.  
Typically, only a few of these are currently/most frequently used.

The ability to pin individual folders as favorites at the top (above  
the inbox) would speed up the filing and processing of emails,  
especially if you also pre-sort emails using filters.
