It seems that the names "mailbox" and "mail folder" are quite messed  
up in the English translations of Horde whereas the German version  
makes a clear difference between both. In my opinion the clear  
difference in the German translation makes sense. Please use the  
following naming everywhere:
* mail folder: Folder for mails inside a mail account
* mailbox: synonym to mail account
