I know, but that means Horde can only be used with PHP releases 
(no dev builds) on windows. That's a pitty.

Well, _someone_ knows how to build that dll. Why not fix the problem - getting 
it into the build process in an easy way on windows so that it works in dev 
builds - instead of the symptom?
