[chora] Chora bug?

Ignore that, turns out that RCS didn't "make install", had to manually
move all the req'd binaries over.

Grr.

I just installed Chora from CVS.  PHP is compiled and working well, all
seems to be setup, I just have one problem...  (Technically 3, but all
add up to the same thing.)
