Undefined Index ??

My Information:
         Slackware Linux 8.0 kernel 2.4.10
         apache 1.3.20, Horde 2.0, Chora updated by CVS
         PHP Configure: --with-mysql --with-gd --with-apache --with-imap 
--enable-track-vars --enable-sockects --enable-ftp --with-xml --with-mcrypt 
--with-gettext --with-pgsql

         and I get the error bellow. Someone could help me??
