[chora] Another date/time issue?

I am sending a little bit more info. Note that I am using a "newer" file
for the test.
1) date from the Unix "cvs" server showing EST.
2) "ls -l" showing the Unix of the last modified time of a file in the
CVS.
3) cvs status of the file.
4) Time show with Chora.
% date
Tuesday April 2 11:24:18 EST 2002
% ls -l 172.21.30.45
-rw-r----- 1 cvs cvs 12857 Apr 2 08:01 172.21.30.45
% cvs -d /usr/local/rancid/CVS status 172.21.30.45
===================================================================
File: 172.21.30.45 Status: Up-to-date
Working revision: 1.23 Tue Apr 2 13:01:11 2002
