[chora] CSS broke for IE 5.5 & 6.0

Please disregard my prevous note... 

The error was caused by the guy between the chair and 
the keyboard (dough!).

It was solved by recopying php4ts.dll into my C:\WINNT directory.
I must have omitted that step from my last upgrade... everything 
is working again.
