[chora] chora installation

This problem has been resolved. My unix admin installed more recent
binaries of the rcs utilities in a different folder that chora now maps to.
We also had to replace the HP-UX default diff utility with a more recent GNU
version. Everything is happy now, thanks for your help.
Have you ever considered doing anything with working copies (diffing to cvs)
/ check-in capabilities? Obviously would have to be tied in with the user
security model.
Thanks again.
Regards.
Jason

Are you sure that .prod_dir is actually a valid RCS file?
The error implies it isnt.
If you could post it here that'd be great.
