[chora] 404 Error with cvs.php

I've just installed fresh horde 2.1 (RELENG_2) and chora 1.1 (RELENG_1) off
the cvs. After configuring all the necessary config files in each module,
the chora interface loads fine and displays the root of the cvs tree.
However, the link that is generated to go into subdirectories and files
seems to generate a 404 error page.

For instance, the link it's building for the CVSROOT directory is:
<a href="/horde/chora/cvs.php/CVSROOT?login=2">CVSROOT/</a>

My chora tree is found here: http://cvs.p11.com/, so it's trying to link to
http://cvs.p11.com/horde/chora/cvs.php/CVSROOT?login=2.

Now, the apache error log says:
[Thu Jul 11 14:41:13 2002] [error] [client 192.168.1.99] File does not
exist: /home/httpd/cvs.p11.com/horde/chora/cvs.php/CVSROOT, referer:
http://cvs.p11.com/horde/chora/cvs.php?sbt=3&sa=1

I've just recently upgraded the server to Apache/2.0.39, PHP/4.2.1... what
am I not configuring or setting up correctly?
