[chora] chora on win32 ?

Hi,

  is there a way to use chora on win32 ? I tried to install chora on WinNT
with cygwin exe for RCS binaries and the CVS repository available via samba
but it seems not to work: I've got the message "CVSROOT not found!" and some
warning messages related to temp files. Did anyone succeed ?
